About us

Salford South East Primary Care Network is one of Salford’s 5 Primary Care Networks. Together our 10-member GP Practices are responsible for more than 83,500 patients. We were previously known as Ordsall and Claremont Primary Care Network; however, we have changed our name to be more inclusive.
