New name marks positive step for Ordsall and Claremont PCN.

Ordsall and Claremont Primary Care Network, an alliance of GP surgeries, has changed its name to Salford South East Primary Care Network. We are excited to launch our new name and brand identity, which we feel better reflects the community that we represent.

This change will help us to improve how we engage with our patients and encourage more people to access the full range of health and wellbeing services on offer. However, our service will remain the same whilst our name is changing. Simply contact your GP practice, as usual, and remember your local Pharmacy can provide a range of health services to assist you.

Our priorities

The long-term challenges the health care system faces are significant. Your Primary Care Network is committed to taking a collaborative approach to addressing these challenges head-on.

We will work hard over the coming years to transform health and wellbeing, tackle health inequalities and create a more resilient and sustainable approach. Together, with your support, we can meet the needs of our growing community.

What does our new brand signify?

Our new logo signifies that when we need help, we raise our hands; when we give support, we use our hands—designed to capture the essence of the brand vision, mission and values – community, diversity, support, collaboration and equality. The vibrant colours of each hand represent the voice and patients of each GP practice working together for the greater good of health and care in the community.
